transport damage
Did your package arrive damaged ? No problem!
- Have the damage confirmed directly by the delivery person or the post office.
- Document the damage to the package and the damaged goods with photos.
- Send us an email with a description of the damage and photos (info@koffer.shop) and we will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Return & Refund

Here you can access our returns portal.
- 30-day return policy
- free returns in Germany from 50 € order value
- Returns from abroad are to be borne by the customer
- Refund will be made within 5-7 days to the original payment method
➡ This is how the return works:
- Register returns in the returns portal & create DHL label
- Pack the item securely and enclose the return form
- Drop off your package at a DHL station or Packstation
- After receipt of the return, the refund will be made automatically
⚠ Please note: Only unused and undamaged items with the original label will be refunded.

- Pack goods securely , ideally in the original packaging.
- Please enclose a return slip to ensure that the return is correctly assigned.
- Send a parcel with DHL – via a branch, packing station or directly to the deliverer.
- Once the return has been received, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Important instructions:
- Only unused items with tags will be fully refunded.
- Multiple packages? Create a separate return label for each package.
- Shipments without postage paid cannot be accepted.
Refund & Repayment
The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
Processing usually takes 5-7 working days after receipt of the return.
If you pay in advance or by bank transfer, please send us your bank details for the refund.
Complaints & Warranty
Guarantee & Warranty
- There is a statutory warranty of two years .
- After this period, the manufacturer's warranty applies, the duration of which varies depending on the manufacturer.
- Damage caused by your own fault or during transport is excluded from the guarantee.
Complaints can be reported via the returns portal .
Defective goods & incorrect delivery
Upload the pictures of the damage directly to the returns portal . After checking, you will receive a DHL return label .
Repairs usually take about 2-4 weeks . If you are able to repair the device yourself, we will send you the appropriate replacement parts free of charge.
